Salmon Alla Sofia: grilled filet of Norwegian Salmon served with a lemon wedge and dijonaisse sauce

Veal Marsala: milk-fed baby veal sautéed with fresh mushrooms, butter and marsala wine

Eggplant Parmigiana: thin slices baked with tomato sauce, Romano parmigiano cheese and topped with melted mozzarella cheese

Penne Alla Vodka: with baby shrimp, broccoli florets, vodka, fresh tomato sauce and a touch of cream
